Building Homes While Staying Hydrated
Families throughout Chicago are in need of affordable housing and lack access to conventional financing. Habitat for Humanity helped change the lives of 13 of these families in the Chicagoland area recently, and Culligan is proud to have played a role.
From May 29 – June 1, Habitat for Humanity hosted the Raise Your Hand Chicagoland event to help construct the exterior of one home and wall frames for 12 other homes to be delivered to various Chicago area families in need. For the hundreds of volunteers who took part in this transforming event, Culligan ensured they stayed hydrated as the official water sponsor. In just four short days, volunteers achieved their goal, and left 13 families feeling more at ease with their living situation.
